Canopy Filters

Grease canopy filters reduce the frequency of expensive duct cleaning, and offer some protection against grease-fire hazards.

FES supply commercial extractor baffle grease filters in a range of sizes to suit most professional kitchens. These high quality stainless steel filters, type AGMB are used in kitchen extract systems where functionality and economics are paramount.

This type of kitchen grease filter consists of a rigid aluminium frame with a knitted wire Mesh Filter pad.  The pad is graded for maximum grease retention with weld mesh facings to both sides.

Mesh Grease Filters are for use in the kitchen canopy above cooking ranges, fryers, and gas hobs in commercial kitchens. These air filters effectively eliminate or greatly reduce grease build up in duct work and on fans in the kitchen extract system.
