Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This free prize draw is organised by Foodservice Equipment Spares in support of Breast Cancer Now. All voluntary donations received via our JustGiving page will be passed directly to Breast Cancer Now. This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Breast Cancer Now.

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, unless otherwise stated. Employees or immediate family members of the organiser are not eligible to enter.

3. Free Entry

No purchase or donation is necessary to enter this prize draw.

Participants may enter by either:

• Making a voluntary donation via our JustGiving page; or

• Requesting a free entry by contacting us via direct message on our official social media pages or by email at [your email address].

Free entry participants will be allocated a ticket number in the same way as those who choose to make a voluntary donation.

Making a donation does not increase your chances of winning.

4. Prize

The prize(s) will be as described in the promotional material. No cash alternative is available, and the prize is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by the organiser.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date. The draw will take place within a reasonable time after entries have closed.

6. Winner Notification

The winning ticket number will be announced on our official social media pages. Where possible, we will also attempt to contact the winner using any contact details provided.

7. Claiming the Prize

The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of the winner announcement.

If the prize is not claimed within 7 days, if the winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be deemed forfeited. The organiser reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to select an alternative winner. The replacement winner will be subject to the same Terms and Conditions.

8. Data Protection

Any personal information provided will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

9. Liability

The organiser accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or unable to be processed due to technical or other reasons beyond their reasonable control.

10. General

• Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary to ensure the fair and lawful operation of the prize draw.

• The organiser’s decision in all matters relating to the prize draw is final.
